Takayu Onsen

, also translated as Takayu Hot Spring, is an ''onsen'' resort city in the Zainiwasaka district of the city of Fukushima, Fukushima, Japan. It is located in the mountains about 14 km west of Fukushima Station.
==Water==

The spring's water is in the acidic range and is known for the quantities of dissolved hydrogen sulfide that it naturally contains, leading the baths and area in general to have a distinctly sulfuric rotten egg smell. Its temperature varies between 42 °C and 51 °C.〔
